Mainly about planning, but sometimes about housing, or roads, or help with benefits. People also often ask for the names of specific employees at the District Council to deal with issues such as business advice or waste collection.

I get alot of cases from people who are desperate for housing or are struggling to survive and want to know about benefits or how to access information at the Council.I have a few planning enquiries but I am only a substitute on planning so not many of those. I also get people coming to me for confidental advice if they have drug/alcohol issues or are being shouted at or hurt by someone they live with and need informayion on where to get help.
